I am currently re-working my morning routine especially with a baby on the way any second/day (however long it wants to hold off) and found this to be a good read.

I always treat my mornings calmly prior to leaving for work at 6:45 but I am going to start writing more, journaling and meditating (although I might keep that before bed as It works currently).
